S199 – Artistic Provisions

This is a work from the ‘Bagatel Lino’s’ series. It consists of ten different groups and has a total of 55 linoleum cuts. This engraving is one from group ten in which Delhez returns to general allusions, to certain tendencies of schools but in a general sense and with more naturalistic, more explanatory, in short, more illustrative means.

This work was created on the 20th of March and was finished in July 1952 in Chacras de Coria (Argentina).
