S25 – Cocoliche
$1.044,22
Cocoliche was the dog of Victor Delhez during his time in Bolivia. He accompanied Delhez everywhere, including on domestic journeys. The dog was almost as popular as Delhez himself and was often mentioned in newspaper articles about Delhez’s exhibitions. Cocoliche was a bon vivant and tasted everything he encountered on his way…one day also rat poison and that was the sad end of Cocoliche.
This engraving was made in January 1937, exact location unknown, but probably in Bolivia.
