A31 – The First bowl – The cruel ulcer

799,00

“And I saw what looked like a sea of glass glowing with fire and, standing beside the sea, those who had been victorious over the beast and its image and over the number of its name. They held harps given them by God.” (Revelation XV, 2)

The Breda Catalog from which we get the accompanying information stops at A11. From this engraving we therefore have no additional information, only the bible verse because it is on the engraving itself.

This work was made in Chacras de Coria (Argentina) but an exact sketching and finishing date is unknown, Contrary to what Delhez usually did, for this series – starting from A9 – he forgot to write down the correct dates and afterwards he couldn’t remember them.
